Here's June's final progress! I had a wonderful month. I'm also on a 10,000 step streak that's now extended into July! This is the longest streak yet!!

Last week was the first time I met my goal of getting 10,000 steps daily for the whole week. I achieve 109% of my goal of 70,000 steps. I also am on a streak 11 day streak of achieve 10,000 steps daily. I got a badge for 500 miles! Read more

My Zip Fitbit was received on November 24th and started using on the 25th. It's a great tool, that has taught me a good bit about myself. It's also got me encouraged to make a few goals so I can continue stepping into a better lifestyle.
