2013 seems to have been a rough year for many, myself included. Work woes, injuries, etc. all made it more challenging than I would have liked.
That said, 2014 is going to be great! I won't accept anything less. :) And I have a goal!

2 days, and being awesome
Why am I awesome today? Well, that would be because despite not feeling well (i'm getting a sinus infection - 'tis the season), I not only went to the gym but had a kick-a$$ workout.
Food was pretty good today. I was munchy, but ate all wh... Read more

Yikes! SO busy I haven't blogged in a couple days.
I've been good, though. Eating mostly on track, moving a lot.

6 days, and soreness is coming

7 days, and struggles
Today was a bad day.
Oh, I suppose if you looked at my calories they wouldn't be too bad. But carby: a muffin with coffee for breakfast, pumpkin chips and hummus for lunch, and a BLT for dinner. And no workout.

13 days and creating a quiet space

14 days, and pasta?
It's true... I ate pasta. Not a ton, but I made a critical error in my grocery purchasing and gave in. Not worried about it. I'll just be extra non-carby tomorrow.
I'm tired, so this will be short.
Exercise was walking, that's all.
