Successful month and finding what works
Had a rocky start to the 4 week DietBet challenge with the scale bouncing around, but I finished strong. Tomorrow is the official weigh-out, but I've so far lost 8lbs, exceeding my goal by 1.4lbs.
Annoyed but not defeated...
