One productive walnut tree
Today decided to tackle clearing the front yard of walnuts, so I can mow later in the week. The one black walnut tree seemed to overproduce this year, and nary a squirrel has been seen in weeks. A few walnuts were opened and eaten, but the neigh... Read more
Exercise me bike, exercise me!
After trying the gym, which didn't seem to suit me, being introverted, I did find I really liked the recumbent exercise bike.

So this man impressed me
After my husband's death, I made the acquaintance of a man(57 years old) who became a great help to cleaning up my acreage, in trade for items I own. He doesn't have a lazy bone anywhere in his body, and very intelligent (as is his wife!). He i... Read more
