Today was pretty good - Got my 1 mile in - Ankles and calfs were sore from yesterday. I got 1.63 in...in 45 min. I also charted my food intake and im starting to see a pattern...FAT AND CARBS...I had no Vegies at all today....Got to work on tha... Read more
Had an awesome day -- got 2.63 miles in and tracked all my food. Logged into a few sparkpages and read some really good articles.
