Finally, walking with less pain. This feels like it was my worst sprain, perhaps due to the aging process, but maybe because of re- turning it a couple of times.
Top that with some hives, and it has been a trip. ( too many strawberries).

Best night sleep in a while but still exhausted. Slept over 6 hours. With one brief wake up. I got up sat at my computer for just a couple minutes then went back to bed and sleep. Highly unusual.
