So I didn't do any real sparking on the weekend. I also did not drink my water. Not so good. I did, however, manage to control my eating, so I ended up 1 lb down for the week. I'm sure a huge part of that is the water that I drank all week... Read more
Water week ... a success so far!
Well, managed 7 cups of water yesterday, so that was great! Today's goal is to get all 8 cups in, which I am sure I can achieve.
