The week ended up being nowhere near as stress-filled as I thought it was going to: a couple of things got cancelled and some of what I needed to do just fell into place.

Just listening to Day 1 of Oprah & Deepak's 21 Day meditation challenge... it's a 14+min recording, and so far, it's an ad for the program... not sure this is what I was expecting here...

Coffee: note to self
So... if you drink a pot of coffee in the morning, when you go to do a boot camp dvd, you feel like you're going to faint, or possibly puke, or both.
Poor choice, there... before breakfast, next time!
Ball season's wrap up
I'm concerned about how to stay as active, with as much intense activity as umpiring, once ball season ends...
