Migraine-induced deep sleep
I had a migraine yesterday, so I ate (too much) after work, took some tylenol, and took a nap. The plan was to exercise after waking up headache free.

23 Pounds and Counting
After a plateau, the scale is finally moving again. So far, I've lost 23 pounds in 1 1/2 years. I'm almost at a healthy BMI now, just about 6 pounds more. My goal is to lose 13 more pounds, then I'll be at my target weight.
