Feeling a bit off today...

OK - so I have my chart here, and last time I saw her I weighed in at 107.7 kg and now I'm 104.5kg - which is a loss of 3.2kg, which is half a stone! :D

So I found some packs of ultra low fat bacon medallions on offer in the supermarket today - €1.00 for 140g (roughly 5-6 pieces). So I bought two packs, to put them in the freezer in individual portions - and then had one for my lunch. OM NOM.
