8 to 8:30 did Jen Hillman yoga stretches for legs,,,, and some arms. GREAT one for my legs,,, I hadn't realized they are tight ! Than from 8:35 to 8:50 neck movements,,,, it keeps HURTING BADLY ! So 45 mins !
