Nutrition Note
(after weigh in) My calories averaged 1938 for the last week, (unless I'm forgetting to log quite a bit of stuff). My exercise calories used were 2850 for 419 minutes. I should have lost at least a pound this week with a calorie deficite of about 4000 calories!!
