Revolution Fitness

Resource Details Below

Revolution is smaller and more intimate than a big box gym, and it's locally owned and operated. It has a full schedule of group fitness classes, including Spinning, yoga, mat Pilates, and Pilates reformer. Your first class is free when you visit, and they also offer 5-day free trial passes. It's located right by Crossroads church and Target in Oakley, a very convenient location.

Comments From Other Members:

I have trained over there for two years now. We continue to grow in what feels like one great big family. We now have a second location formally known as midtown racket club or living longer. We use this facility both as another convenient location and a personal training studio. As a part of the Revolution fitness staff I welcome you to come see what the revolution excitement is all about.

I go to this gym. I love it. Revolution is small enough that you don't feel intimidated, but it offers plenty of classes, including yoga, mat and Reformer Pilates, Spinning and total body sculpt.

Mediterranean Chicken with Orzo (Chef Meg's Makeover)
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

This healthful Mediterranean dish got a makeover from Chef Meg. She lowered the salt content and added parsley and capers for freshness and flavor. She also reduced the cooking time to keep the orzo from getting too soft and used plum tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes to keep the dish from getting too thin. Try serving this with steamed broccolini. Full Recipe
