My favorite is the Healthy Turkey. Their website is really helpful as well as they have the nutrition info on most things.

The Power Wrap is a great way to start your morning - loads of protein: egg whites, spinach and turkey. Definitely the way to go!

They were great! I went to the one in Clayton, on a Saturday and it was a long wait, but worth it. I had the Tri-Athlete, an egg white omelette with veggies, fresh salsa, a fruit bowl, and a English muffin. Tehy had several other healthy options.

First Watch has been our family favorite since they opend a few years ago. For a while, you could not get in due to the church and assisted living apartments close by. (Seniors KNOW their good food) But we find the food quite filling and NOT so much that we have to ask for a "doggie bag".
There is always fresh fruit on the menu as well as Low cal/low fat items.

Chef Meg Galvin is working with SparkRecipes to make our favorite recipes even tastier and healthier.

She took this member-submitted recipe and made a few changes to add flavor without fat and calories. She creates a pan sauce using Wondra, a superfine flour, and white wine, which is used to deglaze the pan and scrape up all the tasty bits from the bottom of the pan. Full Recipe
