I've been a member for a while now, and I don't go often enough. Love HelenJoy. I've been to BodyPump, BodyJam and the 1st Zumba class....I've been "forced" to go to classes by my co-workers. LOL
I've been a member of LFF a Atlantic since September 2006. The staff is friendly, I never have to wait for equipment and there is quite a variety of things to do. Their membership is based on a monthly rate and there is no long term commitment papers to sign. Their hours allow you to workout late or early, as needed. Great place!
I've been a member for a little over a year at the LFF on Wells.
I love Zumba (Wed & Fri) and then go other days of the week for additional cardio and lifting weights.

Last year I was a member of Curves. I really enjoyed it but the hours weren't good for me. By the time I get off from work, I'm rushing to get there before it closed at 7:30pm. Usually I would get there at 6:30-6:45 a few times I would get there right at 7:00 which means I'd be rushing through my workout so that I'm not holding up the staff. Then I became a Girl Scout leader, then I took on a 2nd job. At that point it became virtually impossible to get there. I live very close to Lifestyle and have always wanted to go in and check it out but never have. I'm just curious as to the cost, the hours, and the variety of equipment and classes they have to offer.
