I love this place (as long as I don't get lost!). Anyone interested in partnering up for some hiking, let me know. I'm game! I'll slow down or speed up - either one is fine with me.
It is a great place, except I would have to do my hiking the trails alone. I would love to be able to get my cardio and strength exercising done here.
This is definitely a nice place to go. I can get to it by running or biking from my house. Only problem with it is that the maps on the trails are not very clear. A year and a half ago, my friend and I meant to run about 5 miles, and we got lost. We ended up running 11 miles before we found our way back to the car!!! So figure out your path ahead of time, and make sure you're going the right way!!

This is a great place to hike, bike, picnic, and camp. The hiking trails are dirt with lots of rocks and tree roots - and include many hills - some of which are fairly steep, so not a place for strollers. You could walk the bridle trail with a stroller. This is the trail the bikers and horses use. Remember to bring water and maybe snacks/energy bars if you are going to spend much time out there. Bring bug spray in the summer!
