"The Stairs" in Santa Monica

Two separate steep and long flights of stairs form the sidewalk joining 4th street to Adelaide Drive at the bottom of the canyon. Hundreds of Los Angelenos arrive every day to work their glutes and get a fantastic cardio workout--no gym membership required!

There is also a grassy area available for stretching, and some good running on San Vincente's grassy median strip.

Free street parking is available nearby on San Vincente Blvd.
