I like it because you are able to get half salad and sandwich and be under 600 calories. I also like you are able to look on there website for the calorie content.

The food tastes awesome, but beware of the calorie counts on several items and the refined carbs.

Watch out for their hot chocolate. It's a whopping 340 calories!

Very tasty, but I wish they didn't use cornmeal on their loaves of bread. My husband is allergic to corn.:(

Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich without the Feta and a Greek Salad without the Feta is a low cal, low fat, low sodium, VEGAN meal! LOVE IT! Oh, and GImme a Iced Green Tea!
