Athlete owned, Juice It provides bang up smoothies, juices, salads and rice bowls. You can't help but be healthy here! Picky eater? The folks at the shop are able to customize just about anything for you. The cafe is a little hidden inside the Convention Center near the former Gold's Gym location, but totally worth the search!

I live in Aberdeen, but I make my own juices. While probably not as creative as JUICE is, I have a Jack LaLaine Juicer and it is quick & simple!

I seem to have a reaction to whey and soy protein. I have tried egg protein and that works, but I have a hard time finding it to buy and at juice cafes. Any suggestions?
Abigail is great to. She is one of the owners and a great person. She has often helped me figure out just what to order for my needs. The food there is both nutritious AND delicious.
Juice it is awesome! I just happened upon it last month when I was at working at one of the conventions in the convention center. Everything thing is fresh and healthy and tastes delicious. I only wish it was closer to my work on Capitol Hill. I had this Greek Salad with a citrus vinagarette that I am still craving a few weeks later. It is the first place i've found that has truly good for you food at a reasonable price, and such a wide selection!
