Hey JoyDenver1, I work out regularly at the 24 hour Fitness at Co/Yale. 48 yo female would love to talk to you about what you are looking for in a fitness partner. Need someone to spur me on!

I joined in January - one of the new year's resolution folks - used the Costco membership option. If you are a Costco member you can get 2 years for right around $300 - works out to $13/mo which is cheaper then anything else I looked at when researching this. I have been alternating between Lakewood, Arvada and Highlands. Busy times are tough but definitely thinning......

I don't understand 24's fee structure. Can any one explain it before I decide to spend the money? Thinking of joining Southglenn if it ever opens.

I have been a member of 24HR for 3 yrs. Go to either the Colorado/Yale or the Tamarac location to work out. Wondering if it is appropriate to ask if any other Spark members might go to either of this gyms? Seeking fitness partner - 56 yr old female.
Thanks, JoyDenver1

I am going to 24 Hour Fitness on Parker and Quincy (5 mils from my house), but I will be switching to the Super Sport on Parker & Arapahoe since it is 1/2 a mile away...and a MUCH nicer club!

Boston Baked Beans (Chef Meg's Makeover)
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Chef Meg revamped this popular bean recipe to make it a slow-cooker dish. Soak your beans overnight, turn them low at lunchtime, and by 6 p.m. you'll have a tasty, fiber-rich side dish. Omit the bacon to make these vegetarian.

This is a great side dish for backyard barbecues!

If you are trying to reduce the sugar in your diet, substitute brown sugar Splenda. If you like your beans less sweet, use less sugar. Full Recipe
