You can swim, do cardio, lift weights, plus they have lots of free classes. I have also seen lots of coupons for a free month membership there recently so keep an eye out for that.

Comments From Other Members:

I joined a year ago, I agree that they are great about getting you hooked at first... but the follow up with members sucks..... the trainers don't always seem to know what they are talking about and I would go a lot more if it fit better in my schedule.... I really wish they were 24 hours like the dayton mall premier! oh well that just means I have to get my butt out of bed earlier to use what i am stuck paying for the next 3 years!!!

I belonged to the Huber Heights location for 2 years, and while I thought it was a decent price the place was never clean and the children in day care ran wild to often through out the gym space. I put a formal complaint in writing to the company owner, after several conversations with site manager got me know where, and my membership was refunded (prepaid 3 years) and I was banned from the gym for life - when all that I asked was the place be kept clean and rules for the members enforced. Yeah ... I'm at my local YMCA now and although I miss my work out buddies I'm happier.

I got suckered into a 3 year contract at $33 a month...mind you i had just turned 18 at the time...I tried everything to get out and nothing...the dayton mall location is very very rude...I went with my friend who is skinny the first time and they paid no attention to me only to her...hello I am the one who needs the help here...There was a guy named Jeff who had us sign a paper...he said we had to pay $110 to join...we never did so we assumed we were free...a month later I get a call saying I owe blah blah money!! WHAT!!! yea now i am still paying and have not been at all I plan to start going to the kettering one. I hope they are better there!

i have a membership at the dayton mall location and i hate it i love that its open 24/7 but the staff isnt very helpfull or they dont want to help like i have said before im enlisting into the marines so i have to drop weight and drop it fast and they put me on cardio well cardio is good in all but not for 3 hours a day and thats all u do i needed to lift and needed help with what to do and they said oh we will help u and they never came to help and when i asked for the help they r like ok just go around and do the circuit and ur good to go i hate the membership i think its a waste of money because u can get a great workout without a gym i have found out u get good arms and legs and core all of that and its free

I have a 4 year membership with my 16 year old daughter. We attend the Kettering Premier. It is a good concept, and I do enjoy the free tanning and pool and hot tub and sauna. ( They are the treat I get for doing the workout) But I have to say, they are all about signing people up and not about helping after the first day. I have a hard time going and knowing for sure what I am doing. I had a good trainer the first two weeks I joined, but she transferred to the Huber facility. So I am on my own now. And without the encouragement, I find it hard to stay committed. It has been several months since I have gone. I say every week I am going back.....maybe this week?

I am so glad to have seen this! I just joined Premier Fitness by the Dayton Mall and was less than satisfied with their staff! I seemed more like it was just friends who work together and are there to socialize and not help others. I have worked in a gym all through college and cannot imagine not talking to members. Do they not have to have any kind of certification to be a "trainer" there? The girl they paired me up to work with knew very little (like I said I worked in a gym for 5 years, and still working there part time, and I have a degree in athletic training). I am glad to hear other locations are better, I will have to check them out!
