- Submitted by METALBABE - 1 Comments

Resource Details Below

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art known for its slow motion, flowing postures. Like a wise tale, it is passed from generation to generation, heard through feeling, told by being, and refined by those who carry on the tradition. Qigong is breath exercise.

Regular Tai Chi and Qigong practice can improve balance, increase circulation, build strength, enhance the spirit, and generally improve overall health and vitality. This site has all the information you need to get started.

I got to study T'ai Chi with David Vanadia (the author of this comprehensive site), and found him to be a very open, warm, and knowledgeable instructor. I highly recommend him, and look forward to learning more!
