Resource Details Below

There are multiple locations for this Gym but does require a membership. I have provided the address of the one in West Valley City. But click on the link to find one close to you.

Comments From Other Members:

I am using the gym at 900 East 4700 South and I am becoming increasingly disgusted with the treadmills/tvs not working properly. The sound was not working on one, the cable was not working on another, the remote was missing on yet another. I went to use the restroom and the bathroom was dirty. I don't think they ever clean the place and there are a bunch of staff just sitting around, chatting with one another. I complained at the main office and I told them that a contract is a two way street. They want their money and I want a clean gym, with equipment that works to work out in. If something does not change I am going to be looking for other options.

I don't recommend Golds Gym. They are all about marketing and they could care less about their members.

My Wife and I have been members for a year and a half. They have all types of equipment and classes. Overall not bad, except we didn't like the personal trainer package we signed up for.

My husband and I have been members for sometime. I enjoy the strength training class, cycling (spinning) class and we both very much enjoy the yoga class that we take twice a week. We are now at the gym five days a week. About two to two half hours each visit.

Chef Meg's Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Slow cookers aren't just for meat! This is a tasty, affordable one-pot vegetarian meal that's filling and perfect for your slow cooker. You can also add shrimp during the last 20 minutes of cooking. If the dish is a little too spicy for the kids, add 1 Tablespoon of plain yogurt to their serving. Serve with a glass of milk and a cucumber salad. Full Recipe
