If you like a quiet gym to work out in in the early morning this is a great place. I work out at 6am and there are very few others in the gym. They have equipment for all of the Sparkpeople exercises. It's clean and neat and the staff is friendly.

I teach Zumba at the LFF Citrus Park (talked about in the first post) and the LFF Westchase. My classes are always packed. You should come! it will be awesome. I kick your booty and have you smiling while i do it.
On a side note, i'm starting to take the Bodypump classes.... would love to have friends there too!

The Lifestyle on Gunn Hwy and Anderson is GREAT!! so much better than the other gyms i've been to in Tampa, when you go in they are nice and helpful, no pushy sales people, they show you how to use some of the machines and answered a lot of my questions. No meat-heads and barbie dolls there, just people like you and I looking to get into shape; Plus their month to month and affordable for those on a budget! Thier number is 813-960-3783, I spoke with Armando he was awesome!

I work out at Lifestyles in downtown Lakeland. The staff is friendly and helpful. This Lifestyles has a small pool and it offers 7 water aerobics classes a week. It also has a jacuzzi, men's and women's steam rooms and saunas. It's a great place to work out.
