There are nice trails available -- both paved and cedar bark. The park back entrance is right at the back of the Merlo Station MAX stop. They're extending the paved trail to link up to a bike/walking path that extends to S. Beaverton. Great oasis in the suburbs!

This is such a nice place. I love how you can go off-trail for that "forest-y" feeling.
It's a nice mixture of bikers, runner, fitness walkers and people just strolling through.

I work right by this place and love it. It's a great way for me to get out from behind my desk and get out of the office for 30 minutes. Plus, I burn 230 calories in that 30 mins.
Would it be possible to take a stroller through there? My 2 year old wouldn't be able to walk fast enough for me to get any aerobic benefits = )

I live right next to this and use it all the time. I like how it goes up hills and gives you a great way to workout.
I love this place. If you watch they'll have events and some include a scavenger hunt for kids. This was the longest walk I was able to take my 6 year old & 3 year old without hearing any complaints. The walk was probably 45 minutes long with constant enthusiasm.
