They are made with fresh veggies and you can customize your order to add extra veggies and proteins (chicken, shrimp, beef). They have a nutrition guide that lists items by calorie, fat, sodium, and carbs. Most of the small entrees have less than 500 calories, which makes it easy to fit into a healthy diet. No to mention that it tastes great!

Noodles is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. My fav. is the Pasta Fresca with shrimp and whole grain noodles. You can swap out whole grain for any of the pasta. I also found out you can swap for rice noodles. I haven't tried this with any of the Italian dishes...but I am planning to as they are lower calorie.

when had ate their about a month or so ago for a company luncheon and all in all i was really disappointed. it wasnt the cost so much as the quality of the food. i thought it was horribly bland and not cooked to what it should have been. out of the 12 of us that ate there i think maybe 1 person was satisfied. so i would say if your going to spend money on food you want to taste good, i would not reccomend this place.

Maybe if you are a fan of the 99 cent menus, then you would consider it expensive, but I think it is very reasonable for the quality and taste of the food. Noodles has a great nutritional website, if you tell it you want lower fat, it pulls up all of their menu items that are lower fat. It will also sort on other options as well. And, I agree with kristinkaffen, the trio is the way to go. I love the Asian part of the menu and that one also tends to be the pasta type that is the lowest in fat there.

I have been a fan of Noodles and Co. for a while and love the trio. I could get a small portion of noodles, small salad, and choose a protein. Although the portions "seem small" I think it is what a portion really should be. I highly recommend anything Asian however my roomie loves the Italian stuff!

I like Noodles as an alternative to fast food for lunch. My fav is the Penne Rosa with Shrimp. I hear the Med Salad is good too, I haven't tried it yet. It is a little pricey, but for fresh food I think it's worth it. I normally go to the one in Westerville on State street near Maxtown/Polaris. They are always quick and clean!

Slow cookers aren't just for meat! This is a tasty, affordable one-pot vegetarian meal that's filling and perfect for your slow cooker. You can also add shrimp during the last 20 minutes of cooking. If the dish is a little too spicy for the kids, add 1 Tablespoon of plain yogurt to their serving. Serve with a glass of milk and a cucumber salad. Full Recipe
