I go the the RAC in Perinton. I've been doing fairly well at getting there 3 times each week. I don't have a strict schedule on which days I go, sometimes I go in the morning (5:30-7) and sometimes at night (4:30-?). That being said, I'd like to have a work out partner. I would certainly be able to commit to a time the day before or plan a work out schedule at the beginning of each week. Also, I'd like to take more classes but I hate going alone. Any interest?
I started going to RAC a few years ago and had a really hard time getting there even 3 times a week. Nobody even knew my name. Now, it makes me feel pretty good that they see me so much, I rarely have to give them my last name to get my card.
I joined last year and noticed that the 3 month memberships were limited to what hours they could work out. I am not sure if the limited hours were for attending the classes or using the circuit. If I find out more info I will post it.
I belong to the RAC and am a bit slack about using it, but .. I have gone 3 times this week, and plan on going this morning to Pilates and to do some cardio. I know she is going to try to talk me into Zumba also.. lol

I have had a membership at RAC for almost a year and have not used it, I need to get back in the habit of working out. I am willing to commit to going early in the morning or late at night.
I don't think there's a "catch" to the 3 month deal, except they will try to get you to sign up for a year after your 3 months is up, and I think the rate is higher.
I work out M-W-F around 6:30-7:30 AM at the Women's RAC on Ridge & Stone Rd. I miss sometimes (like today), but mostly I'm there at that time. That might not be "early" for some people, but it is for me. I hesitate to offer to be a workout buddy because I'm not very personable & friendly in the mornings. I'm still half asleep -- I just go there & work out. But if you want to meet me I can try to badger you online here if I don't see you at the gym in the morning. Would that work? ;-)
