The YMCA in the Spokane Valley and Downtown Spokane area great resources for working out! I love the atmosphere there and the sense of community. The facilities are great and you can get whatever type of workout you are looking for. They even offer a variety of classes to choose from, from Yoga to Spinning, to Aerobics etc.

The new northside Y will have a warm pool and swim classes for arthritis. They open Sept. 12.
Can anyone tell me if the new northside YMCA has a pool and to what temp. the pool is heated , I have very bad arthritis and need a warm pool to swim in. Also how easy is it to get in and out of the pool itself.
Do they have stairs for getting in and out ? Swimming is the only exercise I can do.
I hope someone can help answer my questions.
Thank You for any help you might be able to give me.
