WSC Silver Spring is a big beautiful friendly place to work out. Huge windows all around so you feel good just walking in.
People of every shape, size and nationality work out and play there.
Although it can be daunting to get started in a new place you won't feel like anyone is judging you here--no need to buy new spandex or fashion to work out .
