Get a complete workout in the parks!

* Walk through the park for an aerobic workout
* Complete the circuit of the Fitness Trail for strength training
* Stretch on the lawn for flexibility


The fitness trails have a series of exercise stations, each designed to work a specific muscle group. After completing the circuit, you'll have had a full-body workout.

3. Hoyt, Menomonee River Pkwy.
4. Pulaski-Milwaukee, 2677 S. 16 St.
5. Warnimont, 5400 S. Lake Dr.

7. West Milwaukee, 5000 W. Burnham St.
