Love this place!!! Have not had a bad experience at any location though I mostly frequent The Greene. The staff is helpful. The facility is very clean. I am very pleased that the hours are nice and long so I can work out at whatever time will fit into my day.
I have been going there for 2 + years. Yes- watch the contracts and the sales team of personal trainers- they want your money! I thought I would be leaving this gym but after checking out the others in the genreal Kettering area... I stayed. I the the openness of the gym - I do not feel like I am in one large cardio group. It does get very warm during the summer months...too warm. I try to stay away during peak so I do not feel like I am working out in a sauna.
The gym itself is really good but you have to be very careful or you get easily snared into a yearly contract. When they say fixed price for so many months, that's a contractual commitment. I had my mom go with her friend with passes they got off their site and the people there wouldn't honor them and were very rude. I don't think I'm ever going back to a gym....they all seem to have bad experiences with me. I'll buy my own equipment.
I am a month to month member as well as my husband(he is going to go back to the Navy). We absolutely love this gym it has everything. As my dad says all but hot tub, but they do have a big pool and saunas. Separate ladies only room, plates, yoga, weight training, spinning and more. The child care is wonderful. The baby section has stuff for babies of course but the toddlers like my boys have a jungle gym thing with tunnels and slides, and then the older kids have another section with a basket ball hoop, computers, game systems, workout equipment. It is great
