I love running/walking at this park too! It's beautiful all year round. like MYNAMESLISA said, I see deer there all the time as well! The only down fall is that the ashpault trails are terrible for your knees if you have bad knees.

I love this place and feel extremely fortunate that I live so close to such a beautiful park. I'm not sure of the length of the trails because I never have my reading glasses with me to read the info on the bulletin board. I've heard 2.7 miles. I believe there are 2 trails - one takes me 40 minutes and the 2nd takes me 20 minutes - I usually walk at a pretty fast clip (a little under a 15-minute mile).

I often see deer and the scenery is spectacular. I enjoy seeing the other walkers/runners/bike
rs/puppy dogs too.

Lynda's White Chicken Chili (Chef Meg's Makeover)
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

This chili is packed with flavor and fiber. Make a big batch for a crowd or freeze it in single-serving containers for up to 4 months.
Chef Meg made over this recipe. She halved the sodium levels by using no salt-added beans (you could also drain and rinse your beans). She also cut the fat and calories.
