I go to a great Zumba class at the Interbay YMCA. Susan is the instructor and she is wonderful. Its a great work out and so much fun. Doesn't seem like a work out at all. If you live in South Tampa you should come try it out. Tuesday 6:15 p.m. and Satursday at 8:10 a.m. and if you want to kick it up try out her kickboxing class on Wed at 7:30 p.m. you will definitely get a good nights sleep after taking that class.
