This gym is great for people who don't like treadmills and machines. All the exercises involve using your own body weight, resistance bands and medicine balls. They've got classes and it's a really encouraging environment!

I'm doing the 60-day fitness challenge there--a great program! It is actually fun to work out there, even though it's hard work! lots of personal attention from the instructors when you need it and definitely lots of encouragement from others.
