I believe it is just over 2 miles to circle pleasure bay...and I think that's if you go behind the fort.

I moved to South Boston three years ago and I love going to Castle Island. Would anyone be interested in making a walking/jogging club?

I used to live in South boston and loved walking around castle island and the sugar bowl, really miss it. I have been going to pond meadow in braintree, but I liked southie better since there was more people around.

I have to say this is one of the best places in the city to go. I have gone here since I was a child. My dad use to bring us for cook outs in the summer. He would fish, we would play in the grass. Now they have sailing too. Very nice. Walk around the park. but winter here is too hard.
