Today I walked down the stairs like normal. To some this may be something you take for granted..I know I once did. I have arthritis in both knees and today is the first day in a long time that I can recall that I didn’t walk down stairs one step at a time or at an angle. I almost tripped when I realized what I was doing. No pain and no thoughts..just doing it! It’s all because I joined SparkPeople and lost 7lbs and started taking better care of myself. I feel better and happier.
