I had another panic/woohoo moment at lunch today. Before lunch I went to the "add a food" button and was checking out the calorie counts on some of my favorite fast foods (PANIC). Then I quickly got up and fixed the can of soup that I had brought for my lunch (even if it was early)...WOOHOO!! That way I can keep my calories low and still have a snack later in the afternoon. Supper time is usually a bigger meal for me, so I need to conserve calories a little throughout the day. After I eat a big high calorie lunch, I almost always have a normal to high calorie supper. I hope this means I'm on the right track to planning my days better.
