I discovered SparkPeople unexpectedly on February 5th and decided to give it a try, although counting calories was never something I considered. I set a 28 pound weight loss goal for May 31st. Today, May 30th, I ACHIEVED THAT GOAL!
Next Sunday I'll be riding my bike 100 miles in the Tour de Cure, and I'll be carrying 28 pounds less of fat on the ride! THANKS to SparkPeople.com! Next week I will set a new weight loss goal, but for now, I'll "coast" for a week; still eating right and still logging everything I eat, and still logging my exercise minutes. I'm starting to think that MAYBE I'm beginning to "get it" as relates to eating. MAYBE!
