In the past 6 weeks I've only lost 2 pounds. But I know that I've built muscle, I have more energy, my clothes fit better, my thighs are firmer and I can run 2 1/2 miles at a time. Most days, Iíve eaten within my calorie range, have eaten more vegetables/fruits in the past 6 weeks than probably the past 6 months, and I am confident that this is the right path. The weight is taking its sweet time to leave, but I'm not giving up!
