I started back up on SparkPeople this week. This time itís going to be different because I am so tired of starting over! The definition of chaos is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. It is finally starting to stick. I get it. I've been doing the same thing and getting the same stinky results.
So now I am trying something new. Itís new to me at least. My goal is to lose 1 pound a week. I am going to eat healthy, but at the same time I am not going to deprive myself. I will not have good foods and bad foods. All food is good in moderation. I need a lifestyle change. I am writing everything down that goes in my mouth. I will exercise in some way every day even if it is just a walk around the block.
So what is so different this time? I have a goal and I have broken it down into daily smaller goals to reach my weekly goal and then to reach my monthly goals, etc. I have a plan and I AM going to STICK to it. It is small manageable steps. Taking one step at a time and NOT giving up! This time I will not start over.
