You are stronger than you think you are. When I first realized how heavy I had become, I sat down and sobbed. Once I dried my tears, I had an epiphany... I am not a victim! If I don't like how I look in pictures or what the scales says, I can change it. I am strong and have the power to change myself. This was extremely motivating to me.

I simply love the way I feel. The exercise keeps the depression away and I found that I love to exercise. Yes, I definitely slip up. But, I tell myself that I'm only human, slip ups happen to the best of us and I don't need to let one slip up dictate the rest of my day. I laugh at myself, brush myself off and simply make better choices next time. What is it that Japanese proverb says? "Fall seven times, get up eight"? Now that's success!
