As Small Steps Get Bigger

Today I've had a variety of feelings. Its been over 2 months since I've been REALLY GOOD with my food and exercise. This means that I haven't been perfect BUT I got back on track as soon as possible with my lifestyle change.

I have only lost 4 pounds, but I have gained a lot. I have lost 6 cm from my waist, and I'm able to wear gym pants that used to look terrible on me. I still can't zip that beautiful dress that's been in my closet for 2 years, but I know I will- just like those shorts that were too tight to wear...

It's been a long journey and I'm still not happy with myself...but I've seen changes. I'm learning to deal with emotional eating and stress, to change the way I look at myself and others and that's great. I have to keep going! I still have 20 pounds to lose and I KNOW THAT IT WILL HAPPEN! BECAUSE I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!
