I set small goals for myself because I like results and I like to feel that I can accomplish something. I had the intention of changing a goal as one was met. The one I am most happy about is the exercise. My lazy self didn't think I would do this. Never dreamed I would be excited about it. But I have literally blistered this to bits.
I hesitated to change goals because I didn't think it would last (normally-I quit when it comes to exercise). I have proven to myself that I really love it and I've had to change my exercise goals to make sure I am eating enough to keep myself going. I feel better than the energizer bunny and I look forward to exercising. Walking the zoo was no problem for me and I have just impressed myself! I can't believe what I am doing!
