Biggest Loser 2010 Weight loss challenge...

from now till the end of the year we the members of this team "may" if we so choose post our weight losses (or gains) and offer encouragement for the slipups and praise for losses. All members are welcome. I will post a thread on this topic in the coming days.

Which is a too hysterical emoticon story about Santa's reindeer having to go on diets and workout because...you guessed it! They are too fat to fly!

New Challenge through end of Year 2009

This challenge involves the number of lbs. you can safely lose before january 1st 2010. Weight watchers says lose 2 lbs. per week and since this is december 2nd. this week is 2 lbs. so you have 8 lbs to lose by january 1st (or 2nd).
