One at a time challenge

Sometimes our weight loss journey can seem long and hard. Changing one bad habit for a good one or adding one new good habit at a time can help it seem easier.
So this challenge is to pick one thing to change, add, or subtract from your habits.
Examples can be:
adding strength training 3 times a week
leaving off or cutting back on a food or soda
