Choose My Plate Food Plans & Worksheets

I think these Food Plans are really good to just look at and see what your recommended servings are. It's nice at a glance. And I think the worksheets themselves are awesome to see where you are to meeting those recommendations. Spark tracker is great, but this really helps put into perspective beyond just your nutritional facts.

Losing Lbs in Summer 2010 (New Challenge/Support Team)

This group is for anyone who would like to lose a specific amount of weight before September 1st 2010. Along with a weekly weigh-in there are also discussion boards for groups trying to lose a certain number of lbs over the summer including: 25lbs or more, 15-20lbs, & 5-10lbs. Everyone is welcome!
