Track Your Daily Mileage on Your Fitness Tracker

Many walkers and runners have requested an easy way to track their mileage, so we created an optional mileage tracker for those who want to use it. You can enter minutes and distance to calculate your pace and also keep track of how far you go over time.

To add a mileage tracker to your Fitness Tracker, follow these steps:

1. Go to my Fitness (your Fitness Tracker) under the My Tools tab.

2. Click the "Change Fitness Goals" button near the top of the page.

3. On the next page, click the "Setup" link next to the Mileage Tracker. Set a weekly mileage goal, check the box next to it (to make it show up on your tracker) and then click "Save Your Changes."

Now, your mileage tracker will be part of your Fitness Tracker! If you ever want to turn it off to remove it from your Fitness Tracker, follow the steps above and uncheck the box in step 3.
