SparkPeople SparkPeople Cafe Messageboard Losing fat from love handles and not from waist ? I haven't lost any thing from my waist in a couple weeks. But I've had to start wearing my belt on a smaller notch recently(I wear my jeans lower than my waist, not super low though). It just seems odd to have smaller love handles without the waist shrinking too because it's all in the neighboring area. I guess I'm just supposed to hope my waist will lose some fat soon? Thu, 27 Oct 2016 11:09:40 EST Do most survivors of sexual abuse sleep a lot and hardly talk and avoid people? <BR> A friend works at a hospital where they treat women/girls with eating disorders as inpatients. They also treat men/boys on an outpatient basis. She said that all eating disorders have an underlying emotional cause and often its sexual abuse-even for the males. Often, the people with eating disorders also have depression too. I guess that a side effect of depression and starvation would be sleepiness and avoiding people.
