Sun, 22 May 2016 23:59:28 EST please help all you computer geeks out there!! So you know the little wheel (google chrome) that goes round and round when you pull up a new window like Sparkpage or Gmail, my little circle keeps going round and round and round to the point where I sometimes get the note: This page will not open. I also have been getting "plug in has crashed" followed by a Shockwave message. And, where I used to have 2 or 3 windows open at the ready across the top, now Gmail and/or spark has to reboot before it opens. Everything has slowed way down ... Sun, 22 May 2016 12:05:15 EST Where is the "Add a Friend" Button???? Where is the "Add As a Friend" button on the new Spark pages?

One of my Spark friends seems to have left SparkPeople because she was so upset about the changes that were sprung on us with no warning.

Her last post said that some of our Spark pages have a "Add as a Friend" button, but others don't. Hers didn't (and neither does mine) and she was upset that no one could add her as a friend. She was also very upset about the other pages changes, as well. I just think this ... I'm 43, and my period is still going, and it's been 17 days straight. I've researched it online, and the websites tell me this is common is perimenopause, which can start as early as the age of 35. I'm not really seeking medical advice, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It is a light flow, but going on 17 days now. Normally, it's 3 to 5 days of heavy flow. I don't have medical insurance, so I was just wondering if this is norm... Sun, 15 May 2016 16:48:36 EST The recommended meal plans? Yay or Nay? Tue, 10 May 2016 00:54:32 EST Maintenance Questions I've recently read some literature on maintenance and the statistics worry me. It seems to be a pretty consistent scientific theory that after your body loses weight that it will fight to put that weight back on by way of slowing metabolism and/or increasing hunger.

If there is anyone who can put my mind at ease, or wants to discuss this topic, please, lets, because I want to do this the right way and I think the best way is to ask the people who have done it.
