Tue, 26 Jun 2012 17:26:28 EST Exercise Minutes Points not adding up? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=3&imparent=28055960 So, today I tracked 95 minutes of exercise- 5 minutes of stretching, 60 minutes of biking, and 30 minutes of strength training. However, my SparkPoints page says I only earned 14 points for this... It says I earn 1 point every 5 minutes, so even if we exclude the stretching after my exercise, I still should've gotten 4 more points for a total of 18. <BR> <BR> Do they count strength exercises differently? Like 10 minutes = 1 point? Mon, 25 Jun 2012 17:16:48 EST ***NEW TICKER ICONS & TICKER BACKROUNDS!!!*** http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=3&imparent=28036590 Hey Sparkpeople! One gap I've noticed is in the options for choosing serving sizes for volume. This mostly applies to drinks (a standard bottled drink is usually 591 mL), but also to canned items and other foods that are measured by volume instead of weight. At this time, the only serving options available for volume are cups, tbsp and tsp. Volume in metric countries is usually ...
