But I feel that now is different, because I made a goal/promise to myself that I was going to lose 50 lbs this year, I am only 5'1" and I am over 200 lbs, that makes my lower back and my knees hurt. <BR> To kick it off, I started last Sunday the Cabbage Soup Diet, and up to today I have lost 6.8 lbs, I am hoping for a 10 loss, and that will bring me under 200 lbs. <BR> So far, I am feeling great, my lower... PiYo is supposed to be great for toning and losing inches. I haven't lost any inches and I am totally frustrated. I do feel stronger and have more energy, but that's just not enough. I was following the PiYo eating plan, but it really didn't work for me, so I went back to logging my food. I try and stay around 1300 calories a day, although I think I am supposed to be at 1500.
